When Mahesh Bhatt was asked a question about becoming a maternal grandfather, he said that this is a role which will be a bit difficult for him to play.

He said, ‘I am yet to come out of the role of father. When you have a daughter who is so talented, and you are so proud of all her achievements and you find out that she is going to be a mother soon, you look up at the sky and wonder about the beauty of life and nature. Huh.’ Earlier also during an interview, Mahesh Bhatt had said that Alia and Ranbir’s child will be unique.
