Javelin Throw Neeraj Chopra Qualifies For World Championship News In Hindi

Neeraj Chopra, who brought laurels to the country by winning a gold medal in the Tokyo Olympics, has once again done wonders. He has made it to the finals of the World Athletics Championships. In the ongoing competition in Eugene, USA, Neeraj covered a distance of 88.39 meters in his first attempt and made it to the final. Apart from Neeraj, Rohit Yadav of India has also made it to the final. Rohit covered a distance of 80.42 meters. The final match of this competition will be held on Sunday. India’s Annu Rani has already made it to the finals of the women’s category.

Apart from 24-year-old Neeraj, 34 other athletes participated in this competition. Everyone was placed in two groups. Neeraj was in the first group and Rohit was placed in group B. Neeraj made the third best throw of his career and made it to the final. A total of 12 players, including Neeraj and Rohit, have made it to the javelin throw finals. Czech Republic’s Jakub Vadlejch also made it to the final by throwing a javelin 85.23m in his first attempt.

Paul also in the final

Indian athlete Aldos Paul has also made it to the finals of the triple jump event. He finished in the top 12 with a jump of 16.68 meters. Another Indian jumper Parveen jumped 16.49 meters and finished at number 16. At the same time, Abdullah Abobrekar jumped 16.45 meters and finished at number 19.
